General FAQ
What is Fawcett Performance Industries?
We are a company created to offer full custom automotive fabrication. We specialize in high performance tuning, customizing vehicles and parts installation. For more information please visit the Company Information Site.
Will the parts you sell void the vehicle warrantee?
According to the Magnuson Moss Warranty Act of 1987, if a vehicle breaks down and has aftermarket parts installed, the vehicle warranty is only void if the aftermarket parts directly contributed to the cause. This means if you purchase a brand new off the lot vehicle under warranty and install an aftermarket exhaust system, but the head gasket blows, as long as it is under manufacturer or dealership warranty they must honor it by law. However, if you install aftermarket heads, rods, pistons and crank and you blow a head gasket, chances are they will void it. With this in mind, Fawcett Performance offers a full warranty on the work it performs and most aftermarket manufacturers warranty their parts so in the event something does happen, your vehicle should be covered with the exception of user negligence.
What are the warrantees on your products?
The products we sell are eligible under the manufacturer warrantee. Each manufacturer has a different warrantee so you can contact either Fawcett Performance or the manufacture for additional information. Fawcett Performance backs up the work it performed by offering a full warranty, assuming non-user negligence.
Will my vehicle insurance cover the parts installed if they get wrecked, stolen, or damaged?
You will want to consult with your insurance company for more details as we do not issue insurance, but from what we have observed as long as you have receipts and photographic proof, the answer is SHOULD. Insurance SHOULD cover aftermarket parts as well as the value of vehicle. We say that because every insurance company is different. Some companies require full coverage on the vehicle while others do not. Others may require you to pay for additional or other coverage. Keep in mind that by making insurance claims, you risk raising your premiums.
Do you offer discounts for large purchases or groups/clubs?
Contact us with what you have in mind and we will consider offering a discount. We have had success in the past so we are willing to do it again.
Do you offer any sort of sponsorship?
We currently do not offer any sponsoring at this time.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, just be prepared to pay the extra shipping costs.
What is a donor car?
We need to perform research and development on parts we manufacture and on parts we sell. With a donor car, we will sell you the parts at full price and we will install it for free. This allows us to gain knowledge on what works and what does not. If you are interested in letting us use your car as a donor car, contact us and let us know.
Do you have any motorcycle or ATV parts?
Contact us with the parts you want and we will look to see if we can get them for you. In general, the answer is no.
Are you hiring?
Right now, no we are not. If you feel that you deserve a job anyways, contact us and let us know what you have to offer and we might consider it.
What brand or parts do you recommend?
We back all our products so you will not go wrong with any of the brands or parts. If you are really unsure of choosing between brands or parts, contact us and let us know your dilemma. We will try to help guide you in making the best purchase.

Online FAQ
Why should I buy from your online site?
We strive to offer high quality parts matched with friendly customer service making your shopping experience with us enjoyable.
I ordered a part and it has not come yet, what do I do?
Most parts may arrive three to four days after your purchase, but please allow up to a week. Keep in mind custom made products may take two weeks to two months. Feel free to call or email us to be updated on the status of your order.
The part I ordered does not fit, what do I do?
Make sure it is being installed correctly, and then contact us and let us know what the problem is. If you were given the wrong part, most likely we will have you ship it to the manufacture and they will ship you the correct part. However, contact us anyways because in some cases, you might have to ship it back to us instead of the manufacturer.
I have a vehicle with parts I purchased from Fawcett Performance. Can I send you pictures?
We would love to see your pictures! Please be sure that when you send them, include the make, model, and year, and what the parts are you purchased from us. Also feel free to add a description of the car and other parts installed if you want.
